- A feature of the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands is the stunning Glass House Mountains. Aboriginal mythologies tell the story of how these volcanic peaks were formed many years ago. - Stretch out on your own little slice of sand and enjoy a glorious day at Sunshine Beach , which is nestled between Noosa and Coolum. Visit ‘The Surf Club’ for a refreshing beverage or tasty meal, and watch the surfers catch a wave. A short distance from the beach is the southern edge of Noosa National Park where there are several walking paths for you to explore. Don’t forget to look into the trees, if it’s your lucky day, you may just find a cute koala!

- Kings Beach, Caloundra is a family favourite when it comes to Sunshine Coast beaches. Keep the kids entertained as they search for sea creatures among the rock pools. Swim a lap or two in the safe and secure saltwater tidal pool, which is ideal for little swimmers. - Swim with the fish in the crystal clear waters of Noosa Main Beach. You’ll find the swell is gentle and is just right for a relaxing dip. When you finish your swim, wander up the road along the iconic Hastings Street which is known for its trendy shops and cafes.
- Get back to nature at the charming Kondalilla National Park, Blackall Range. Follow the walking trail through the rainforest to the Kondalilla Falls lookout, and then trek back for an invigorating swim at the rock pools. Feeling peckish after all that hiking?
